Ms. Dolores Ann Hale Singleton, age 69 Kingsport, TN answered the call of Jesus at Holston Manor Nursing Home on September 1, 2016 after a brief illness. Dolores was born on February 21, 1947 in Appalachia, Va to the late Robert Hale Sr and Rebecca Moore Hale. She was a 1965 graduate of Douglas High School. Preceded in death were her loving mother, Rebecca Moore Hale, her Father, Robert Hale Sr., a grandchild, Christopher Hale, and a very special cousin, Mary Jane Carnes.She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters; Cynthia Hicks of Kingsport, TN, Chris Carpenter of Murfreesboro, TN, and Candas Singleton of Jackson, TN. One son, Anthony Singleton Kingsport,TN; four brothers Freddie Hale (wife Carolyn Dulaney) Jacksonville, FL, Robert Hale Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Carl Hale (wife Chynet Bond) Kingsport, TN, and Tarik Hassan of Daytona Beach, FL. One sister, Linda Wade (husband Donny Wade) Kingsport, TN and a special sister, Allison Caswell of Kingsport; twenty-three grandchildren, two great grandchildren; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
