Mrs. Eartha Michele Simpson departed this life on October 2, 2016, at Lakebridge Health Care Center in Johnson City, TN. She is preceded in death by her mother, Ms. Blannie Skaggs; father, William Skaggs; and husband, William Simpson.To mourn her passing, she leaves two sons, William(Bill-Bill) Skaggs, and Dennis Cunningham; her dog, Little Bit; two sisters, Ms. Barbara Cunningham and Ms. Chandra Snapp; various grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm on Tuesday, October 10, 2016, at the VA National Cemetery in Mt Home, TN. The Cortege will depart the funeral home at 1:30pm.
