Ms. Evelyn Carol Feltner, 54, departed this life Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Ballad Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born on December 24, 1965, in Greensboro, NC. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Leah Feltner; mother, Ada Brown; and father, James Brown.She will be loved and missed by her daughter, Kristina Feltner; sisters, Annette Oxendine and Rita Brown; and brother, Dale Brown.A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
