Evelyn Dean Logan, born December 11, 1935 in Rutherford NC departed this life Friday November 30, 2018. She was a member of Central Baptist Church Kingsport, TN.She was preceded in death by her mother Hattie Estell Bristol, sisters; Christine Black and Ozzina Smith, brothers; Norman Hill, Jimmy Carpenter, and Cleo Charles, daughter; Listine Morrison, and son; Andrew J. Dover.She leave her husband; Avery Logan Jr. daughter Collen Smith granddaughters; Catina Smith, Wendy Smith, Angela Dover and Kezia Dover, 5 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren sisters; Mary Jane (Stanford) Treece brothers; James Henry, Richard Henry, William Carpenter, and Clifton Carpenter several aunts and uncles and a host of nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday December 5, 2018 at 1:00pm at Central Baptist Church Kingsport, TN. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
