Mr. Franklin A. Gardner was born on August 21, 1964 to Cordella and Billy Gardner. He departed this life on September 8, 2023.

Frank was an assembly worker at a manufacturing plant in Bristol, Tennessee.

Franklin is preceded in death  by his parents, Cordella and Billy Gardner; brother, William Gardner; and sister, Patricia Dennis.

To mourn his passing he leaves his wife, Beatrice Wagner-Gardner of Bristol, Tennessee; sister, Kathy Gardner of Johnson City, Tennessee; three children, Joey Gardner of Johnson City, Tennessee, Tierra (Brian Hadden) Wagner of Bristol, Tennessee, and Traē (Beth) Wagner of Bristol, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Kyliana Hadden, Brian Hadden Jr., Kendon Hadden, and Journee Wagner; and several brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, and cousins.

He will be forever missed.
