On August 8, 2023, Henrietta Anderson passed from this life after a brief illness at the age of 95.

She was the last of 13 children of father Thomas Rosenboro and mother Jennie Rosenboro. Henrietta had five children: Herman Rosenboro (deceased), Avis Bizzell, Joseph Bryant, Tommy Bryant, and Michelle Bernard, as well as a foster son, Marcus Stines. She had eleven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

As an adult, Henrietta briefly worked for Raytheon Systems and then spent 25 years at Valleydale Meat Packing Plant. During this time she also earned her GED. Henrietta later worked for People Incorporated and the Department of Social Services as a therapeutic foster parent.

Henrietta was an active member and avid supporter of Everflowing Well Holiness Church. Through the years she also attended Household of Faith and Mt. Carmel Gospel Church.

She touched so many lives during the near century she was in her earthly form; she will be missed by all who know her.

Celebration of life services for Ms. Henrietta Anderson will be conducted Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 1 pm from Lee Street Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12 pm until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Eastern Heights Cemetery in Bristol, Tennessee.
