Lavera Phillips departed this life Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Ballad Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center. She was born on October 5, 1970.She is survived by her sister, Megale Phillips; brother, DeAndrade Phillips; daughters, Cierra Jackson, and Jayonna Phillips; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A celebration of life service for Ms. Lavera Phillips will be conducted Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 2:30 pm from Clark Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service, Inc.
