Lowell Edwin Buchanan departed this life Saturday June 11, 2016 at his residence.Survivors include; his wife Ara Walters Buchanan, daughter; Sara Buchanan and husband(Jeremy Maurer), Pristina Kosovo.Brother Bill Buchanan(Lorraine) sister; Shirley Vicars Nickelsville, Va. Brother-in-law, Richard Walters (Candy) Church Hill. David Walters Mt. Carmel, TN sister-in-laws Janice Steffey (Carlos) Belmont, NC, Sharon (Joe) Blessing, Church Hill, TN.A memorial service for Mr. Lowell Edwin Buchanan will be conducted Friday, June 17th at Clark Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service, 802-806 E. Sevier Avenue Kingsport, TN.
