Milton Virgil Howard departed this life on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. He was born on September 8, 1952, to Velma Heath and Toy Odell Howard in Bristol, Tennessee.

Milton graduated from Sullivan East High School and then entered the United States Army. He was a self-employed electrician and worked at Reynolds Aluminum Company for many years. Milton was a member of Hood Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Velma Heath and Toy Odell Howard; sisters, Olivia Howard, Ethel Howard, Rita Howard, Genevieve, Iris Ross, and Linnie Westmoreland; and brother, Roland Howard.

To cherish his memory, Milton leaves behind three brothers, Harris Howard, William Howard, and Aaron Howard, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
