Annie Lorean Delapp, known affectionately as “Lo,” departed this life on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Ballad Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 24, 1944, to Tom Eury and Evelyn Delapp.

Lo graduated from Douglass High School. She worked in the dining hall at Sullins College and Virginia Intermont College for many years. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and served faithfully on the kitchen committee. Lo had a willing heart and was willing to lend a hand wherever she was needed.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Margaret Delapp, George Delapp, William H. Delapp, and Charles Ed Delapp.

To cherish her memory, Lo leaves behind her half-siblings, Anna Eury, Jonathan Eury, and Juanita Watkins; sister-in-law, Margaret Delapp; special friends and caretakers, Brenda Ayala and Pen Walker; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
