Ms. Rebecca L. Bell, 67 departed this life Wednesday December 24, 2014 at Wexford House, Kingsport, TN. with her sister and nephew by her side. She was preceded in death by 2 sister, Ms. Vera Coleman and Ms. Linda Johnson and two brothers Howard Bell and John Bell. Survivors include 4 sisters, Ms. Dorthy (Herman) Logan, and Ms. Bettie Bell-Parker of Kingsport,TN, Ms. Dianne Khan, Milwaukee, WI Ms. Rose (Michael) Moss of MS. a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, relatives and friends. Services will be private.
