Mr. Robert "Robbie" L. Hardy, 67 of Kingsport, went to sleep peacefully on Monday, September 16, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Mildred Hardy; twin brother, Roy L. Hardy; and son, Courtney Webster. He is survived by his son, A. Dion "Dinky" Russell (Monique), and brother, John L. Hardy (Betty). The family is currently receiving friends at the home of his brother, John L. Hardy of 244 Dunbar Street, Kingsport, TN.A memorial service for Robert Hardy will be conducted Saturday, September 21, 2019, from Central Baptist Church at 2 pm. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the hour of service.
